I am getting a black screen when I try to log in as a community borrower. How do I fix this?
We’re having problems with the community borrower code logins going to a black screen. Please do this procedure when using Chrome:
- When the community borrower login goes to a black screen use Ctrl + Alt + Delete and then click on “Task Manager”
- In the task manager window, click on More Details (arrow at the bottom of the window)
- Click on file
- Select “run new task”
- Type in Chrome, click “Ok”
If the user just needs Word, they can type in "winword" if they are not in Chrome.
