No. The Chromebook is not a Windows based product; therefore, there is not an opportunity to access this storage option. Best practice is to save your work to either Google Docs or to a previously created Outlook.com account (see How do I create Word document, Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint, etc. in a Chromebook?)
