I am getting a black screen when I try to log in as a community borrower. How do I fix this?784 views

We’re having problems with the community borrower code logins going to a black screen. Please do this procedure when using Chrome:

• When the community borrower login goes to a black screen use Ctrl + Alt + Delete  and then click on “Task Manager”
• In the task manager window, click on More Details (arrow at the bottom of the window)
• Click on file
• Select “run new task”
• Type in Chrome, click “Ok”

If the user just needs Word, they can type in "winword" if they are not in Chrome.
