• You must provide a valid photo ID (that has not expired) with a current address that reflects you live in District 509. 
• If your ID does not show your current residence you will need to bring:
  • a valid photo ID that has not expired
  • a piece of mail with a current address along with your name on the approved document (cannot be junk mail)
    • a current tax bill
    • utility bill
    • bank statement
